A recent study done by a completely independent survey agency has revealed that Tagruato employees are among the most satisfied, motivated, and well compensated in all of Japan.
"I love working for Tagruato," said Kaika Station engineer Botan Ajibana. "They treat me right, provide a safe working environment, and seem to care about their employees as individuals, which is not typical of such a large corporation. I am proud to be part of the Tagruato team, and I only hope I can spend the rest of my working days right here."
Ajibana made the statement alongside dozens of fellow employees at a press conference overseen by company CEO Ganu Yoshida himself to announce the survey's findings.
"In the past, the reputation of Tagruato has been sullied by reports of mistreating their employees," announced Ganu. "I have personally seen to it that no such claims will ever be made again."
"I actually look forward to coming to work each morning," explained Kita Ijichi, a floor manager on the Sujin Station.
The study found that Tagruato was in the top ninety-fifth percentile for wages, health benefits, and overall employee morale. They also received high grades for their retirement savings plans and investment opportunities. Workers cited their pride in the Tagruato Cares foundation and their card allowing for half-off Slusho! at any participating vendors as some of their most favorable factors.
